Weight naturally fluctuates during the day! It depends on body water, food intake, exercise, sleep and bowels. Many factors affect your weight. The ideal time to check it is in the morning time before you eat, after you use the bathroom. Try to keep a record every 2 to 4 weeks if you're trying to get sustainable weight results.
Slow and steady wins the race. Always aim to see 1-2lbs weekly. This is my usual goal with my clients for their lifestyle change journey. Healthy and happy weight loss is key to reach your goals.
