If you stop eating fruits, it can lead to other health complications. You have to figure out the reason for the high blood sugars first before you make such drastic changes! Fruits do have natural fruit sugars, dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals. Enjoy it with another snack e.g. nuts to balance the sugars.
What's also important is the amount that you have! If you sit with a bucket of mango, your body doesn't want or need all those mangoes and therefore it would have a negative impact on your health.
