Super simple Cranberry, Mixed nuts, Peanut butter, Energy Balls

This mix is great to get a variety of nutrients in! You can enjoy it as a snack or pre-breakfast.


It's super delicious and nutritious!



Dark chocolate benefits:

> Rich in antioxidants

> Improves blood pressure

> Good source of iron




Cranberry benefits:

> Helps to reduce inflammation

> Great antioxidant properties





Mixed nuts benefits:

> Helps to provide healthy fats

> High dietary fibre




Cinnamon benefits:

> Helps to manage blood sugar levels

> Has anti-bacterial properties


































Peanut butter benefits:

> Contains many nutrients to promote good heart health in small amounts

> Good fat source





Oat flour benefits:

> Helps to lower bad cholesterol

> High dietary fibre



Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oats

  • 1-2 tbsp. cranberry

  • 2 tbsp. mixed nuts

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter

  • sprinkle cinnamon (optional)




Method:

1) Mix all ingredients together.

2) Roll into balls and enjoy!
