Shrimp Noodle Salad

This recipe came to mind because of my new program 'Perfect Portions with Didi.' This is where I prepare healthy recipes to help persons who have health goals with balancing their plates.


As you guys know, I'm a Dietitian Nutritionist and therefore I'm all about promoting healthy habits and eating clean! This meal is colourfully balanced and I will be making some more vegetarian recipes as requested.


I hope you guys try it!




Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup noodles

  • 1 cup vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, onion, chive, pimento, garlic)

  • 8-10 shrimp







Method:

In a non-stick pan, on high heat, boil noodles until cooked. Steam shrimp with seasonings and add any other herbs that you like. After shrimp is cooked, add noodles and mix together in a one pot meal. Enjoy.
