You are what you put into your body! Lifestyle changes work. Sustainable results are possible but ONLY when you create a suitable routine for you!

The truth is my weight fluctuations have never been to the extent of reaching levels of obesity or becoming overweight since my knowledge and expertise in the area was achieved. It's what I continue to promote with my clients through my nutrition consultancy.

By the end of any program, depending on your health goals, you are so empowered that the ultimate goal will never be to be dependent on any diet sheet or meal plan. It's all about understanding how your body works and how you can always achieve optimal health.

Believe it or not, I was chubby. It's not that I can't gain weight, because I can! The way that I balance my meals are by including 2 light and 1 heavy. Let me explain. You definitely don't have to, because it may not be applicable to your situation. I usually keep breakfast and dinner light while lunch is heavy. Still practicing portion control, balance and keeping a colourful plate is important.

It's all about being comfortable in your own skin based on the body composition you are happiest with for yourself! Balance is key, but understanding what balance works best for you and your schedule lasts. Weight changes occur when you don't understand how to nourish your body effectively.

There are so many ways in which you can gain weight. Which weight are you gaining or loosing? Did you lose body fat and gain muscle mass? How do you know!?

Stability comes when input and output are the same. It's very complicated when it comes to the human body. If I misbalance and lack one of my healthy habits e.g. balance with meals and keep it consistent for weeks, it will lead to weight changes long-term.

It can be as simple as consistently eating an extra pack of cookies daily for weeks. If you don't compensate for those cookie intake calories, you will be adding on calories that are not being used.

It's never an easy formula! Please understand that everyone is different. Everyone can gain and lose weight for many different reasons. Even by simply becoming dehydrated on one day can lead to excessive cravings and overeating.
