Potato Hash Brown


This is an easy balanced recipe that takes LESS than 15 minutes!


This is an easy recipe. Honestly anyone can cook! Nothing can ever be perfect. WHAT is perfect? This is super yummy and you can enjoy it with some cheese and tomato paste! Check out my other recipe for my tomato paste. It's super yummy!





Oat flour (homemade) benefits:

- can help to reduce cholesterol

- high dietary fibre

- low calories

- complex carbohydrate



































Low fat cheese:

- less fats

- lower in sodium and calories

- good protein source






























Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp. oat flour

  • 1 cup grated potato

  • 1 egg (white)

  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste

  • optional spray oil, onion, garlic, oregano to season







Method:

Wash and grate a potato until you get 1cup. Using a paper napkin, squeeze and dry the grated potato. Add an egg white and the flour. Mix and add some oregano, onion, garlic, form little squares and cook in a non-stick frying pan. Slip and ensure that it's cooked on both sides. Enjoy with melted cheese and tomato paste.
