This was a really random try at making a nut butter. I had mixed baked nuts because I usually snack on these, but I wanted to try something new!
Nut butter can be included in punches, smoothies, with a fruit e.g. banana and nut butter, as a drizzle over a parfait, in a sandwich, with crackers and so much more!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mixed nuts
cinnamon sprinkle
2 tsp. honey
drop of essence
Method:
Blend all ingredients. First use the flat blade to blend the nuts, then use the higher blade and add in the honey and essence. Pulse and blend until smooth. Use a food processor for best results.
