Mini Energy Balls


I love oats and I used it in everything I can because of the many benefits. Recently, did a presentation for a company and I had to prepare a simple, quick and easy snack!


I combined ingredients I usually keep in my cupboard! Hope you enjoy it. It takes maybe 5 minutes to combine.


Cranberry benefits:

> rich in antioxidants

> supports heart health

> improve immune system

Oats:

Peanut butter benefits:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup cranberries

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter




Method:

Blend oats to a powder. Mix in the rest of ingredients. Roll small balls and enjoy as a treat! So simple just delightful.



Serving size: 8 balls
