Homemade tomato paste


Another easy way to include vegetables in your life is by including it as a paste!

I really enjoy making tomato paste for my homemade pizza and as a sauce when I make macaroni and cheese with broccoli or breadsticks.


NO SUGAR, NO SALT, NO OIL.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tomatoes

  • 1-2 tbsp. oregano, onion, garlic

  • 2 tsp. honey


Method:

Blend ingredients together until liquid. Heat in a non-stick frying pan and enjoy when cool with any meal.
