I actually have granola for breakfast every single day! It's not only a simple, quick and easy breakfast recipe, but it's actually affordable also.
As you guys know, I'm a Dietitian Nutritionist and therefore I'm all about promoting healthy habits and eating clean! I used honey as the sweetener instead of sugar. You can also use agave or diabetic sugars if that is your preference. I also like oats a little softer, so I used old fashioned rolled oats. The other types that you can eat are quick oats or instant oats.
If you have uncontrolled Diabetes, you can add nuts or peanut butter to add in some healthy fats to your granola. Enjoy as a snack or breakfast option!
I hope you guys try it!
