Egg White Omelette

If you're interested in a balanced, easy, low fat, low calorie breakfast, then look no further. I used egg whites because the yolk has a high amount of cholesterol and I wasn't interested in ingesting it. I added a bit of vegetables to help me to feel full for longer.


It was absolutely delicious! Try it and let me know what you think!





Ingredients:

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 tbsp. thyme

  • sprinkle rosemary

  • 1/2 tomato

  • piece of onion, garlic, pimento

  • 2 tbsp. broccoli

  • chive to sprinkle on top

  • 1 -2 slices whole wheat bread

  • kale leaves


Method:

Mix egg whites with seasonings and cook on both sides like a regular omelette. Toast slices of bread. Add chive to top omelette and enjoy with kale! Really easy!
