Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/4 cup low fat or vegetarian cheese
1 tbsp. mixed seasoning (basil, parsley, onion, garlic)
Method:
1) Wash and slice pumpkin into small chunks. Boil until soft. Blend.
2) Grate cheese.
3) Add oat flour to cooked pumpkin and add seasoning. Mix in cheese. Make small circles and in a non-stick frying pan, grill on both sides. Enjoy when cool.
