Easy Guacamole Blend


Decided to show you a super easy mix. This can be used as a paste/sauce with pasta, toast, crackers and honestly anything you want to add avocado to!


It's super nutritious and can be prepared in under 5 minutes.



Avocado benefits:

- can help to reduce cholesterol

- can assist in reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke

- good source of fat












Vegetable benefits:

- high dietary fibre

- vitamins and minerals

- can lower heart disease risk







































Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/4 cup carrots (any vegetables)

  • 1 tbsp. didi's mixed seasoning OR include fresh seasonings!

Method:

Wash and slice avocado, carrots and add seasonings. Blend everything and mix together. Enjoy!
