Dark Chocolate Brownie

I am a dark chocolate lover and I tend to experiment with my recipes. This one is a favourite. It is a bit thick and heavier than the usual brownies because it's packed with dietary fibre since I used whole wheat flour!


My ingredients will always be the healthiest option in my eyes! I still think that the brownie is awesome! Especially if you enjoy an easy to make brownie, low calories, thick, cute and fun sized!




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1/3 cup low fat milk

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp. blocks dark chocolate



Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Add more water depending on consistency. Using a non-stick cupcake baking pan, add the batter. You should get 8 brownies.
