Chicken Breast benefits

Ingredients:
1 medium potato
2 oz. chicken breast
1 small tomato
1 cup spinach leaves
1 tbsp. curry, 1 tsp. geera, 1 tsp. massala
sprinkle onion, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley to season with chive and pimento
optional: pepper sauce
Method:
Boil washed cubed potato. Cook mixed curry with geera and massala with water until dry. Wash and slice chicken breast into small chunks with seasoning. Add sliced tomatoes to chicken breast chunks and cook down with the curry. Add a little more water. Stir for about 5-10 minutes and then add the potato and spinach leaves. Cook. Enjoy when cool with optional pepper sauce.
