Banana Nut bread

It's time for another delicious home made treat!


This is one of my favourites because he helps to cut cravings and it is also really nutrient dense!


NO SUGAR, NO SALT, NO OIL.

Oat benefits:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe banana

  • 1 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 cup mixed nuts and seeds

  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

  • 2 tsp. yeast

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 3/4 cup low fat milk

  • 2 egg whites







Method:

Blend oats until it turns to powder. Add it to mixed nuts and seeds with cinnamon, baking powder, yeast and mix in egg whites and milk. Line baking pan with parchment paper OR use a little oil OR non-stick baking pan. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Leave to cool and then slice into 8 and enjoy!
