Ingredients:
1 oz. -2 oz avocado
1.5 oz. whole wheat pasta
1-2 oz. chicken breast
1 cup frozen vegetables
1/4 cup corn
1 tbsp. didi's mixed seasoning OR include fresh seasonings!
Method:
Boil macaroni with sliced chunks of chicken breast and seasoning. Wait until semi-cooked (5-10 minutes) and then add in the rest of ingredients except avocado. Steam until dry. Blend avocado or mash into a paste with seasonings. Add the avocado paste after mixture boils down. Mix together and enjoy when cooled.
